AmeriCred Systems ("we", "us") operates the AmeriCred Systems platform. This policy explains what information we collect when you use AmeriCred Systems, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Account information: your name, email address and role (individual provider, practice, or credentialing company).
Credential and document information: credential records, dates, and files that you or your agency upload, and the insurance payer enrollment status and notes you enter.
Billing information: payments are handled by our payment provider, Paddle. We do not store your full card number.
AmeriCred Systems is built for provider credentialing records. Please do not upload patient records or patient health information.
